and must pretend to love others but on the night of Heero's wedding

Love Affair Heero adjusted the tie on his suit and gave a sigh.
This wasn't how it was meant to be, it wasn't what they had planned
together. Here Heero stood, on Earth, in front of a mirror making
sure his wedding suit fitted properly before the big day tomorrow.
He raised a hand and touched the silver cross on his neck. Such a long time. Too long and the pain of losing him was still deep. Heero still loved him. He had never loved anyone else
and never would. He didn't love Relena but he was still marring her
tomorrow. Quatre would be there, but Trowa wouldn't. The once happy
couple split by the hatred that was directed at the same set of people. Trowa was dead. He died saving Quatre from the mob of
men that came after them. Heero had been forced to leave his love's side and go
to Relena's, knowing that staying with Duo meant death for both of
them. Heero quickly changed and left his room to find Quatre. But he didn't. Heero found his feet walking him out
of the hotel and onto the street curb and summoning a cab. Heero slide into the back. "The Space Port." He instructed the cab driver and he was off. Heero knew where he was going. If only for one night, he would be with his true love. ~ Here in the moment I belong ~ Hilde and Howard burst out into fits of laughter and
Duo scowled at them. He picked up the tool kit and headed out into
the yard to fix his bike. Work had just finished and the garage was
closed for the night. Hilde would be heading home and so would Howard.
Duo would follow Hilde home later, she would have dinner prepared
and he would sit down and act the loving boyfriend before having to
go to bed and laid beside her as she wrapped her arms around him and
he would fuck her, she would fall asleep and Duo would spend the rest
of the night on the sofa. He couldn't sleep in the same bed as Hilde, fucking
her was hard enough, pretending to love her was even harder, but he
kept it up. Lying to her and lying to himself. "Night Duo!" Howard cried and Hilde raced
out. "See you later. Don't stay out too late." Duo just grunted at her and she blew him a kiss. "Love ya babe!" She called as she joined Howard
by his car to give her a lift home. Hilde had broken Duo's bike and he was forced to stay
behind and fix it while she went home. An hour went by and finally Duo was able to stand and
wipe his grease covered hands on his black jeans. He blew his hair
out of his eyes and turned round to head indoors to clean up. "Hello Duo." Duo spun round quickly. He knew that voice. "Heero." The prussian eyed man stood there, his eyes meeting Duo's. ~ In a waking dream ~ Duo held his breath not daring to breathe in case the
image in front of him disappeared. Heero couldn't be here, he was getting marry to Relena
tomorrow, it was all over the news, had been since Relena had announced
their engagements. Hilde hadn't said anything but Duo could see the
smirk on her face every time there was a picture of Heero and Relena
together on the newspaper or a clip on them kissing on the news. It
tore at Duo's heart. The headline news "The Perfect Couple: No
one can top this love." /Yes, someone can./ Duo had thought bitterly. /Mine
and Heero's love can!/ "Duo?" The image spoke and Duo blinked shaking
his head. "You shouldn't be here." Duo whispered. "You'll
get in to trouble." Heero smiled. "No one knows I'm here. I need to..."
Heero broke off, looking away as Duo suddenly realised that it was
real and Heero was standing in front of him. "Heero?" Heero looked up quickly, his eyes meeting Duo's again.
"HEERO!" Duo shouted and flung himself at
his love. Heero caught Duo and held him tightly to his chest.
Duo raised his head and hugged Heero tightly, pressing their faces
cheek to cheek. "Oh how I've missed you." Duo muttered into
Heero's dark brown hair. "I know, I've missed you too." Duo stepped back, breaking their hold. "Would you like a drink? There's a small cafe nearby. I'll be finished in a few minutes." ~ The night is young ~ "It's been such a long time. You look great." Duo blushed. "Yeah it has. Quatre's been in touch
a few times but I haven't seem Wufei since Relena's speech on the
Eve of the year 198." Duo informed Heero. "He's settled
down with Sally, I know that much." "How old?" "Four." "What did they call it?" "Max." Duo laughed. "Why?" "I'll let you ask Wufei that tomorrow." "Tomorrow?" "You're coming to the wedding right?" Duo shook his head. "No." "Why not?" "Cause I can't watch you give your life to her." Heero reached out to give Duo's hand but Duo jerked
his hand away and stood up. "It was nice seeing you again. Good bye." Duo walked out leaving Heero sitting there. Heero pushed himself and ran outside. Duo was walking down the street, shoulders hunched and
his head bowed. "MATTE!" \Please wait.\ Heero watched and slowly Duo stopped and Heero took
it as a sure sign and he ran forwards. "I'm sorry." Heero took hold of Duo's face
and forced him to look at him. "I didn't mean to. I'm sorry Duo.
I'm so sorry." Duo closed his eyes. /I will not cry. I've been strong
for the past 6 years, I will not cry now!/ "I'm sorry my love." Heero whispered and Duo
found himself crying, his arms went round Heero's neck. "Take me home please." "One night Duo? Please, one more to keep forever," Duo turned watery violet eyes onto Heero's. "Yes." ~ If you know what I mean ~ Heero took Duo back to his hotel room and they ordered dinner and wine to be sent to their room. ~ Oh it's beautiful. Duo laughed as Heero managed to spill soup down his
shirt. Heero glared at the laughing braided man and went to
wipe the soup of his chin that was dipping on to him as well. Duo reached across his hand getting to Heero's chin
and cleaning it before Heero's did. Heero smiled at the soft gesture as Duo cleaned his
hand on the napkin. "I'll go get changed." ~ Close your eyes so you can see ~ "How long are you here for? Just the night." "Yes. I have a return flight in the morning."
Duo gave a small nod and went back to eating his meat dish. ~ I am only here for a little while ~ "There's movies on offer if you wanna watch one.
I never get them out, I don't have anyone to watch them with. Relena
doesn't..." Duo was already on his feet and his hand was on Heero's. "Come on then." ~ Would you like to take me out tonight ~ Heero sat one end of the sofa while Duo sat the other.
/How do I get him to cuddle? What worked back in the
war?/ Duo wondered. Heero looked over at Duo. "Would you like a drink?" Duo smiled. "Archers..." "... And Lemonade." Heero finished. Duo had always been one for mixed drinks. ~ Maybe we could talk for a little while, Baby ~ Heero handed Duo his drink, their fingers touched. Duo
placed the drink on the small table beside him and Heero moved back.
Duo reached forward, his hand gripped Heero's wrist and he tugged
Heero back. Heero fell on top on Duo, his body half on, half off the
sofa. "Comfortable?" Duo asked whispering in Heero's
ear. Heero twisted out of Duo's grip and stood up. Duo growled. "I'll be back. I need to get the remote to book
the movie." Heero grabbed the remote and turned to face the sofa. Duo was laying stretched out and Heero wondered over and settled himself on Duo. His head using Duo's chest as a pillow and Duo's hands wrapped around his waist and took hold of one of his hands while the other hand set up the movie. ~ Now we've only just began ~ Peacefully they watched the movie. Not a sound was heard as the two basked in each other's scent and the movie filled the silence. ~ We're running out of time ~ The clock stuck midnight and both men turned towards
the grandfather clock. \Ten hours till I marry Relena. My shuttle goes at 6.
Not enough time. I want more time with Duo\ As it hearing Heero's thoughts Duo squeezed his hand
and Heero felt Duo press his lips against Heero's hair. "I love you." Duo whispered without realising.
He hadn't really needed to say it, Heero already knew how Duo felt
and Duo knew how Heero felt. Heero turned his head and Duo lowered his. Their lips
meet gently. "Forever and always." Duo muttered against Heero's lips and he lifted Heero into his arms and carried him into the bedroom. ~ I don't want to think about the sun ~ "Do you want this?" Duo asked as he laid Heero
onto the bed. "I came here to hear you say that you loved me." Heero replied. "I only want this from you and no one else can ever give me what you can." ~ No, not tonight ~ Duo climbed up Heero's body and placed Heero's head
on the pillow. "Don't move, I'll be back." Heero watched Duo jump from the bed and race to the
bathroom. "Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck." He heard muttering
from Duo as Duo fumbled through the bathroom looking for something
to use as an alternative to lube. Duo appeared at the doorway. "Will shampoo do?" Heero chuckled. "No." "Ok. Be right back." Duo looked into the cabinet and held up a condom, he
raised as eyebrow at it. /They supply you with everything... part
from damn lube!/ But even as the thought ran through Duo's head he
spotted the K-Y Jelly. "YES!" Duo grabbed it and raced back to Heero and skidded to a stop as he saw the treat that laid on the bed just for him. ~ Oh it's wonderful ~ "Do you know how beautiful you are?" Duo asked
at the naked man wearing nothing part from Duo's silver cross. "I do now, thank you." Heero blushed. It had
been 6 years since he had been like this in front of a man, well in
front of anyone. Relena didn't believe in sex before marriage. Duo slowly took off his clothes, revealing his perfect creamy skin to Heero. His hand unfastened his golden brown hair. ~ You being here with me ~ Duo slide onto the bed and up against Heero's body. His lips placing kisses on every inch of skin he went past until he reached Heero's lips and gave him a slow and passionate kiss. ~ Close your eyes so you can see ~ His lips and Heero's lips stayed joined as their hands familiarised themselves with each others body. Heero loved the feel of Duo against him and tugged his lover closer. Duo pushed Heero down, determined to take this at his pace and to give Heero a night to remember. ~ I am only here for a little while ~ Duo licked and sucked down Heero's chest, his hand flipping open the cap of the lube and he spread the cold clear substance on his fingers as he came face to face with Heero's arousal. ~ Would you like to take me out tonight ~ Duo kissed the tip and Heero's hips jerked, Duo bent
his head closer to take the tip into his mouth and sucked gently.
Heero's soft cries turning him on more than the naked body in front

taking it all the way with his own hiss of pain which he was refusing
to admit to. He had been shot and nearly killed, that was worst pain
than this. Duo lent forward and kissed Heero deeply as his finger
stretched and he began to add another. "Hurry up! I can take a some pain." "Well I'm not going to risk it." Duo told him, making scissor motions with his two fingers inside of Heero trying to loosen up the unbelievably tight heat. ~ Don't hold back it's time for a love affair ~ Duo pushed another finger in and they pressed against
Heero's sweet spot. "Shit!" Heero cried out as stars swam across
his vision. Duo smirked and pulled his fingers out and covered his
own arousal in lube. "Heero?" Duo settled himself between Heero's legs. One of Heero's
legs was curled around his waist and the other laid flat out beside
Duo's knees. Heero looked into Duo's prussian eyes. "Yes?" "No matter what, I will always love you." Heero felt his eyes water. "I love you too." He craned his head up and Duo lowered his so they could join at the mouth while they joined together for the last time. ~ Take my hand ~ And they both knew it would be their last time together. ~ Lead me anywhere ~ Slow strokes, long dragging kisses, soft pants, gentle cries of passion. ~ Maybe there is something in the air ~ Together their bodies moved as one. Golden brown hair surrounded them both, hiding them
for the rest of the world. Duo's hand fell over Heero's arousal and pumped. ~ Baby ~ With a cry of Duo's name, Heero came. Duo following a split second later. ~ Together here ~ Duo tugged Heero into his arms and kissed him. "I'm sorry." "It's better this way." Duo assured him. ~ Together now ~ "I shouldn't have come." "You needed too. And I wanted you to." The clock chimed 1 o'clock. ~ In the moment that we met ~ "I know." The bed moved and Duo climbed out. Heero followed. Duo dressed and then turned to Heero. "Come tomorrow. We can say our goodbye at the wedding."
Heero asked. "I can't. It's easier this way Hee-Chan." ~ Remember here ~ Duo gave Heero a sweet kiss. ~ Remember now ~ "I love you." Simultaneously said. Another kiss and Duo quickly left. ~ It's too easy to forget ~ Hilde yelled when Duo returned home. He ignored her and she stormed to bed. Duo sat down on the sofa and cried. Heero sat down on the bed in the hotel room. His eyes scanned the room and he saw the black hair tie on the floor. He bent and picked it up and smiled sadly at it.. ~ Oh it's wonderful. Heero's hand tighten round the cross hanging from his
neck as Relena walked towards her in a white wedding dress. Vows were exchanged. "I do." Relena declared. Everyone turned and looked at Heero. He met the vicar's
